Retained contracts of three or five years are also available. Where you expect to need regular support, a retained contract is the better value: your costs are fixed for the term, advice is unlimited rather than metered by the hour, and you have a named consultant who knows your business. Your quotation will set out both options clearly, with no hidden fees and no unexpected charges.
